We rebuilt the Performance page in Marq AI around channels. Fake websites, lookalike domains, scam ads, and fake social accounts each have their own view of what was found and what came down.

Until June, our Performance page grouped results by product line: counterfeit, impersonation, piracy. Our customers read them another way, by where each threat appeared: a website, a domain name, an ad.

So over the summer, we rebuilt the page around where they look. Website Content, Domain Names, and Paid Ads now each have their own view in Marq AI, and together they answer four questions.

1. What was found, and what came down?

Website Content, Domain Names, and Paid Ads each show a funnel: scanned, flagged, reported, removed, or denied. You can see how many cases are at each stage.

Compliance rate shows how much of what was reported came down. The Paid Ads view has its own compliance rate, along with a breakdown by platform.

The Website Content view in Performance: the enforcement funnel from scanned to removed, compliance rate for content removal and search engine delisting, and median response time by threat type (illustrative data)

2. How fast were threats flagged and reported?

You can check Median Response Time in every view. It covers two steps: from detection to flag, and from your approval to a filed report. Times under a day are shown in hours.

What happens after a report is filed shows up in compliance rate.

3. Where are threats coming from?

Each view breaks threats down by type, such as phishing, trademark abuse, or counterfeit. The page also ranks the registrars, hosting providers, and advertisers that appear most often in your cases, along with the top-level domains used. When the same few names keep appearing, you know where to focus your reports.

The Domain Names view: threat types, enforcement methods, and the top registrars, hosting providers, and top-level domains in your cases (illustrative data and fictional names)

4. Is it coming back?

Some domains come back after a takedown. The Domain Names view tracks repeat offenders: which domains came back after enforcement, and how often.

In Website Content, Cleanliness Rate tracks, day by day, how much of Google’s first page for the search terms we monitor is free of infringing sites.

Repeatedly infringed domains in the Domain Names view: watchlist domains, resurfaced domains, median resurface response time, and the most infringed domains (illustrative data and a fictional brand)

Frequently asked questions

Who can use the Performance page?

Marq AI customers who monitor websites, domains, or ads, including Content Protection customers, can find it under Performance in Marq AI. The Social Media view is available to Impersonation customers.

Which channels does it cover?

Marketplace, Social Media, Website Content, Domain Names, and Paid Ads, each in its own view. Paid Ads results cover the ad platforms on your plan.

What does compliance rate measure?

How much of what was reported actually came down. For websites, it’s shown separately for content removal and for search engine delisting.

Does response time include how long a host or platform takes to remove something?

No. Response time covers the steps MarqVision runs: from detection to flag, and from your approval to a filed report. What happens after a report is filed shows up in compliance rate.

Can I share the results outside the dashboard?

Yes. Export a view to PDF or CSV, and compare any date range with the period before it. The page is available in English and Korean.
