The Brand Intelligence Agent is the intelligence layer of Marq AI, with access to the brand data it needs to turn a question into an answer you can act on. With a single question, it reads across your pricing, seller, and channel-coverage data spanning marketplaces, social media, websites, domain names, and paid ads, and reports back on what's happening, who's behind it, and where it's concentrated.
Collecting data was never the hard part in brand protection; piecing it together was. Connecting the dots is the work the Brand Intelligence Agent now does for you, revealing the side of the story you never had the time or the tools to actually see.
How it works: Just ask.
There's nothing to set up. No new dashboard to learn, no spreadsheet to build, no workflow or automation to configure. Open the Brand Intelligence Agent inside the Marq AI platform and type the question you'd ask a brand protection expert, in plain language.
It reads across your brand data, works out what matters, and writes the answer back. Getting started is the same as using it: you just ask.
A few examples of what the Brand Intelligence Agent can do today:
- Seller intelligence: read the pattern, not the count. Ask "Show me how this seller has been operating on all our marketplaces over the last 3 months," and the Agent pulls together active channels, violation history, re-registration activity, and live listings into a single behavioral picture, all finished before you've opened a second tab.
- Channel intelligence: know where risk is clustering. Ask "Show me the impersonation patterns across domains and paid ads channels over the last 3 months?" and the Agent maps the trends by each channel, telling you not just the volume but the shape of the problem, so your response fits what's actually happening there.
- Price intelligence: see the leak, not just the listing. Ask "Where am I losing the most margin to MAP violations this month, and which SKUs are driving it?" and the Agent ties pricing violations back to the product SKUs, sellers, and channels behind them, then quantifies the revenue at stake and where to enforce first, with the math already traced back to the underlying detections.
- Priority intelligence: know what to act on first, and why. Ask "Give me the top five issues I need to act on TODAY," and the Agent weighs violation scale, repeat behavior, channel spread, and enforcement history to tell you not just what to prioritize, but why those cases need action now.
- Shareable reporting in 30 minutes, not days. Every answer pairs written analysis with the supporting tables and charts, so the reasoning and the numbers sit in one place. Tables and charts are available for download (exportable as CSV), and any answer can be saved as a shareable PDF report, ready to hand to your team, your leadership, or external partners.
