Kristina Jung is a Senior Associate at MarqLaw and an attorney licensed to practice in California and Washington, D.C. She brings over a decade of brand marketing and global project management experience to her legal practice.


At MarqVision, Kristina partners directly with brand owners, partner law firms, investigative agencies, and law enforcement authorities to manage complex enforcement matters and execute strategies aligned with commercial priorities. Her work focuses on U.S. Schedule A litigation, online-to-offline investigations, criminal raids, customs enforcement, civil litigation, and anti-counterfeiting operations across the U.S., South Korea, and China.



Prior to her legal career, Kristina managed global brand activation, marketing strategy, and promotional operations for international brands, including LG, Procter & Gamble, and Smilegate. She operated across both strategic and execution levels—reporting to executive leadership while coordinating cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, and commercial teams.



Kristina is recognized for bringing a distinct business perspective to IP enforcement, leveraging practical insight into how brands operate, scale, and manage operational risks to deliver commercially aligned brand protection strategies across international jurisdictions.
