ACON is taking immediate blocking measures against cases of illegal copying and unauthorized distribution within China so that asset creators can have their legitimate rights protected. The unauthorized distribution of creators' valuable works is a serious problem that threatens the creative ecosystem, and ACON is acutely aware of this.

To foster a healthy creative environment, ACON is collaborating with MARQVISION (a global startup providing AI-based IP (Intellectual Property) integrated management solutions) to continuously monitor copyright infringement on e-commerce platforms within China. Upon discovery of an infringement, ACON immediately responds to protect the creators and their content.

[Key Guidance]
1. ACON only accepts copyright infringement reports limited to unauthorized copying and distribution on Chinese e-commerce platforms. For cases of copyright infringement that occurred outside of China or domestically, please inquire separately via the '1:1 Inquiry' on the ACON website.

2. Even for creations sold by ACON, if the product is registered and sold under a different platform name on Chinese e-commerce platforms, ACON cannot receive a separate report, as the platform itself does not accept infringement reports in such cases.

3. Individual responses or updates on the outcome of the reported case will not be provided. ACON will continue to strive to create a healthy environment where the rights of creators are respected.
