Using MARQ

How does MARQ work?

MARQ protects your business from false return claims by automatically recording the packing process and sending recorded videos to each customer. You can use videos to increase transparency and resolve disputes with customers.

How do I start recording?

You can start recording by installing our mobile app on your phone. Sign up your account, install your overhead camera stand and start recording.

Where can I get the overhead camera stand?

You can use any camera stand that can hold your mobile phone approximately 20 inch above the packing table. You can also purchase them here.

My company has multiple packing stations. Can we still work with MARQ?

Yes, we can accommodate companies of all sizes. If you have any special requests or concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements.

Wouldn't the packing process take longer time with recording?

It takes about a day to familiarize with the new system. But once you become used to it, our streamlined process actually improves packing efficiency.

Getting Started

How many videos can I store?

Under our complimentary plan, you can store about 80 videos (10GB). Under our Silver, Gold and Platinum plan, you can store about 250 videos (30GB), 1,000 videos (120GB), and 2,500 videos (400GB), respectively.

How long can I store my videos?

You can store your videos for as long as you want. However, we reserve our right to delete the videos if you do not use our service for more than a year.

How do I upload videos to my dashboard?

Once you are done with taking a video in our app, you can press the upload button to upload the video to your dashboard.

How do I share a video with my customer?

You can review and send videos to your customers by entering your customers’ email address and pressing the send button on our dashboard.

What does my customer see when I send a video via MARQ?

Customers would receive an email that contains your video, tracking information and customized marketing information from you.

How do I resolve disputes with my customer?

You can easily download videos and screenshots from our dashboard and use them as a reference when you get return claims.
